With great food, comes great hospitality..

What an experience to dine at Barbeque Nation. I'm totally overwhelmed by their delicious barbequed food and wonderful hospitality.

Food :  Its a Ramadan Festival so they have all the special food and desserts to offer. A welcome drink is always cherry on the top. We opted for Mango Julep and Fruit Punch. Both the drinks were perfect and refreshing. Live grill on the table, we just attacked the seafood skewers. Cilantro Fish, Prawns to name a few. Chicken and Meat were also perfect and the server modified the spice according to our taste. Their unending supply of skewers kept coming on the grill. The wonderful server Mr. Babai also brought us Chef's Special prawns made in white sauce. Moreover he had me try some Chinese starters as well. He was going beyond his regular duties and serving us.

Once we were stuffed like anything and unable to move he reminded us about the main course buffet. I realized I'm already full stuffed with these delicious starters and how would I go for main course? But, as a foodie couldn't resist to try out.

Buffet is a widespread, totally hypnotizing with the delicious aroma, brilliant display of each item. Tried Chicken Angara and really it was so aromatic and that smoky flavor just did that magic. Honestly speaking Biryani were not impressive. I think that's the only item that missed that wonderful quotient.

Desserts : Can you imagine 12-14 items kept on the desserts table and you go all mad and grab everything you can!!! I meant nobody can control themselves with those delicious looking Cheese cake, Chocolate cake, Brownies, Cut fruits, Ramadan Special Phirni, Muzaafar, Fruit custard, Ice creams. I cheated with my appetite and had equal to starters I ate at the beginning. The last and my favorite is Paan Kulfi. I just loved it, the way they make this delicious flavour. We were so much stuffed that had to take an Uber back home.

Service : This is the first restaurant that I felt deserves extra points (more than their delicious food) for their best service, hospitality. Mr. Babai who was attending us was so courteous, knowledgeable. He took care of our baby as well. Brought a baby chair, made him sit, brought him some special food. Kept entertaining him whenever he passed by our table. He had an eye on our table, our plates were not empty even for a second. After starters he even walked me towards the buffet and offered to fill the plate and take it to table. Totally wonderful guy, he just won us.  I even appreciated him to the restaurant manager.

VFM : I mean there are many famous buffet dinner available in Mumbai, but Barbeque Nation stands out for their concept of live grill and delicious wide spread. In 1000 per head you get unlimited food with beautiful happening ambiance. Moreover if you have your birthday, anniversary they bring you a cake on the house and play music to celebrate. Saw a couple of celebrations while I was there.

Overall I must say, for my family unions, celebrations I have planned to always dine at Barbeque Nation. The happy vibes, scrumptious food, yummy desserts and their wonderful hospitality makes a great place to cheer up together.
