First I thought its just another QSR competing with KFC, but then I realized upon visiting that its a fine dine restaurant. Broaster is US based company deals with Pressure fryers, as of now this is the 2nd outlet in Mumbai. They have plans to roll out many outlets by 2018. In India, they have tied up with Chef Harpal Sokhi, who has curated the menu and gave a desi touch too most dishes. Restaurant has a decor based on rustic eateries we see in Hollywood movies. Nice music, not so cosy sits, very dim lighting its a causal experience altogether.
