Rawa coated, very little spice, deep fried. Very crunchy outside and very soft succulent delicious flesh inside. Goes well with your drinks. Must try here!!!! Surmai Tawa Fry 500₹ = A big piece of fresh Surmai marinated with spicy flavorful masala and then shallow fried. It was perfectly spiced and fried. We had to order another one it was that tasty.
