Fort001 aptly carries this number 1 quotient for their casual dinning, delicious veg cuisine. " I saw there was a buzz all around Instagram with this new Fort001 restaurant. I got to know later that they only serve veg cuisine. Finally this Saturday I could go here for lunch. The theme of this decor is very casual and quirky. Cosy sitting options, high chairs, stools, big windows, funny grafiti on walls. They also have some wonderful board games to play while you await your food.  Along with this, they serve veg fusion menu with their best hospitality.  We were lucky enough to have the owner Mr Hars Parekh himself handling our table. Very coureous, always smile on the face, great knowledge of hospitality he made our lunch experience a memorable one.
