An unique and exclusive concept in India right here in Mumbai. I was lucky enough to experience their lipsmacking food made with something traditional way (American way)

They have a tagline - India's first smokery and charcuterie & bar. True, they really own that exclusively. Because such unique concept is nowhere in India. Trust me their loyal patrons have grown up like anything is just one year.

People call and book the smoked pork ribs, bourbon chicken, buffalo briskets way in advance. some drive all the way from Pune to dine here just for these special meat.

The Chef Sidharth Kashyap has spent a year and half just to research and develop the unique place here. He spent the time in Texas, South Carolina where meat is slow cooked with smokes for 6 hours. What a brilliant work and efforts to bring this cuisine here to Mumbai!

We ordered following amazing food and drinks :

::: Appetizers, Pizza, Burgers :::

1) Bourbon & smoked chilli glazed smoked chicken : This amazing delicious lipsmacking chicken on skewers is literally glazed with bourbon and then chilli the chicken is slow cooked for 6 hours in their state of the art smokery. The soft succulent chicken is so soft and juicy and the after taste of bourbon and the chilli is simply amazing.

2) Jerk Shrimp, Buttermilk Ranch : Amazing Shrimps perfectly smoked and glazed with spices served with herbed buttermilk ranch. Perfect option to go with your drinks.

3) Smoked Chicken BBQ Pizza : A thin crust pizza loaded with melted cheese, lipsmacking pizza sauces and the most important the smoked chicken with BBQ Sauce, a perfect combination.

4) Half Pounder Burger : This was the best Burger I have ever had! Totally amazing burger! The patty is again smoked slow cooked and made tender.

5) Blackened King Fish : This is the star dish here. I am just speechless how they have made this so awesome, delicious. Two big Kingfish fillet slow cooked in smoke for 6 hours and then rubbed sauces and lemon butter. Served with root vegetables sauteed in chilli oil.The aroma of smoked fish was simply amazing!

::: Drinks :::

We tried their popular cocktails :

1) Mango Beerita which is a base of Mango and vodka and mint and then a pint of beer is put on the top. Wonderful drink, its a giant drink and can be shared.

2) Curry Scented Bitch : Remember famous racist slur by Azealia to Zayn Malik? Yes they took this and made a drink out of it. Wonderful combination of spirits and curry leaves.

::: Desserts :::

1) Freshly baked skillet chocolate cookie with ice cream : This is a monstrous dessert which takes almost 25 minutes. A medium size skillet is kept in the oven with the cookie batter and then baked for 25 minutes and served with chocolate chips and 3 home ice creams on top. Vanilla, Chocolate and the crazy one Salted Caramel! Yes I was astonished to taste this lovely ice cream. The hot skillet on a wooden pan arrives on your table and the aroma of the cookie just makes your craving go high. Totally wonderful and good option for a group.

::: Service :::

As expected with their delicious American food, their hospitality also is top notch! Right from reception desk to your table and bar everyone is very polite and courteous. Initially it took a bit long for the service but later we realized this is due to the food preparation method. Manager Mr Aatish Surve was seen checking with every guest if everything is fine. He also suggested us some lipsmacking dishes to try. His recommendation Blackened Kingfish was just amazing!!

::: Ambiance :::

It is as American as it can get in simple words. Old rustic wooden floor, wooden benches to sit, dim lights, wall art, the clocks everything looks classy. The bar section is upstairs where they also play live music gigs. One can appreciate their efforts in getting this decor done with the scrumptious food they serve.

I am planning to try their famous Sunday Brunch where we can order unlimited food from the menu. I have already made a checklist on what to order and how many rounds :)

Overall I must say I have found a gem for such authentic smokery charcuterie method. Wish I had my workplace nearby so that I could order anytime I wanted.
