This Friday dinner we explored Urban Tadka at Sakinaka. Located conveniently on main road with ample parking space.

Food : We ordered main course due to short time. We ordered their days speciality "Chicken Chettinad" recommended by the server. My favorite Butter Chicken (Murg Makhhan) with Butter Naan.
Chicken Chettinad had thick gravy with succulent boneless chicken pieces. Proper south indian spices, aroma, it was a perfect order recommended.
As always I love Butter Chicken, here they had a bit bland gravy, it somewhere lacked that tanginess. Though proper shredded chicken and butter was present.
Desserts : They do not have a wide options available so we didn't order but while we were about to finish our food the wonderful server asked if we would like to try their Lassi or Chaas? As the food was definitely awesome we thought to try out Lassi and Chaas too. Proper thick malai laden Lassi, balanced sweetness, dryfruits on top. It was a quite heavy dessert. Chaas had perfect Masala in it giving that wonderful aromatic flavors. Though Lassi costed 120₹ and Chaas 99₹ without taxes. Unique thing is they offer very presentable mouth fresheners at the end. They offer a jaggery withs saunf which is very good for digestion.

Ambiance : Urban Tadka is typically themed on Dhabas, North Indian Dhabas. They have given a Punjabi touch to it so as the menu does. Nice sitting places with curtains on sides with led spotlights. Good music being played on speakers in low volume makes a perfect happening dinner experience with family together. Saw quite a few families dinning together.

Service : How I can appreciate the good service in words? From waiter to manager everyone was on their toes to serve each and everyone there. In between the restaurant manager came to us and asked if everything is fine? Quite happy to see this gesture. I think they take the service as their main priority because on every table you see a card placed on how to give your feedback or complaint. Truly appreciated, I think this makes them the best place that any family would love to visit again and again.

Overall this experience has made us plan to visit it more and more and try out other dishes too.
Totally winner, a must visit if you haven't visited yet. Kudos to the team Urban Tadka 👍
